He has served with Crown Financial Ministries (SVP, Global Field Division), with John Maxwell (VP, EQUIP), founded Emerging Young Leaders and spent 34 years with Youth for Christ. He has travelled extensively to train leaders, speak at conferences and provide consulting services.

Dick has traveled to 67 nations of the world for the purpose of training leaders. He speaks regularly at
major conferences and provides consulting services for national and international ministries.

Dr. Wynn has been a student of leadership over the past 25 years. He has written numerous articles and
attended many executive leadership workshops and seminars. He is also a regular presenter at strategic
leadership events.

In 1981 he was named Alumnus of the year for his Alma Mater. He is the recipient of three honorary
doctor degrees.

Dr. Wynn has served on the boards YFC/USA, YFC International, Teen Ranch, Houghton College and
The Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability.

Dick and his wife Janet have two married children and four grandchildren.
